推荐算法专家 Senior Machine Learning Engineer/Scientist

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop highly scalable algorithms based on state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies
2. Apply expert coding skills to projects in partnership with other engineers across research, product, and infrastructure teams
3. Work with stakeholder throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging Weibo data to drive business.

Qualifications:
1. MS degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field

图像视频算法专家 Senior CV Engineer/Scientist

Responsibilities
1. Design and develop image/video processing and recognition algorithm, feature extraction algorithm.
2. Design and develop image/video classification algorithm, machine learning algorithm, deep learning algorithm
3. Apply image/video technique(image classification, face cecognition) into Weibo products

Qualifications:
1. MS degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field
2. Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java
3. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics or related technical field, real-time image processing
4. Experience with deep learning model optimization
5. Good communication skills, ability to work with large cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical members
6. Proven publication track record at top CV conferences such as SIGGRAPH, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ISMAR, etc.

自然语言处理专家 Senior NLP Engineer/Scientist

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize feature engineering of Weibo feed.
2. Develop and utilize natural language recognition based on sentiment to Weibo content producing and consuming.
3. Work with CV and Speech Recognition team to develop natural language recognition in social media.

Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above in Math, CS, EE or equivalent, with 5+ years of related work experience.
2. Familiar with Linux kernel. Strong programming in popular coding languages like Python, Java/Scala, C/C++, etc.
3. Complete NLP stack, including POS tagging, tokenization, sentence segmentation, parsing, word sense disambiguation/induction, sentiment analysis, semantic role labeling, etc.
4. Keep up with deep learning and machine learning literature and research publications in order to implement the latest techniques into our networks and pipelines.” “岗位职责：
