Job Title (职位名称): (Senior) Scientist for Healthcare IT and Natural Language Processing
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要工作职责
• Participate in the development and deployment of healthcare IT solutions in the context of clinical pathways.
• Play an active role in the project team and actively contributing to key Healthcare IT standardization organizations in China, including HL7, Continua, DICOM, IHE, etc.
• Subject matter expert on HIT interoperability standards, in particular HL7 FHIR, v3, RIM, CDA; and experience with standards including OpenEHR, Continua, DICOM, IHE. Carry out innovation based on the state of the art.
• Innovation aimed at designing and developing healthcare IT solutions (e.g. CDS, FHIR, EMR, Tele-medicine systems, etc.) for hospitals to help enhance their efficiency and the quality of their healthcare service. Creative ideas should result in patents that protect potential future expansion of our healthcare business.
• Actively collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external to Philips, in China and abroad, by transferring research result.
JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
Education 学历:
• Master degree or PhD in Clinical informatics, or Computer Science.
• Good track of record in publication.
Experience 工作经验:
• Three years or more experience on Healthcare IT field. Strong candidate with solid work experience may also be considered.
• Previous work experience with workflow technology and rules engine
• Deep technical knowledge and experience with Clinical informatics e.g. (CDS, FHIR, HIS/RIS/LIS/CDSS/PACS/EMR, HL7 V3/HL7 RIM/Continua/DICOM/CDA/IHE)
• Have experience on design, coding and testing for Healthcare IT products
• Previous work experience with medical professionals or developing medical information systems such as EMR, CPOE are preferred
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) development

• Strong programming skills (OOP, Java, web-based programming and database)
• Data and workflow modeling (ER, BPMN)
• Drive, entrepreneurial behavior, quality oriented and result driven.
