NLP Software Development Manager：
Responsibilities:
• Lead team on multiple projects simultaneously
• Work with peer teams to develop development and testing plans
• Work with team to provide technical support timely and effectively
• Work with team to provide professional service/consulting service to SAS clients
• Be technical guide and do trouble-shooting for the team
• Communicate regularly with remote teams
• People management duties
• Train team members
• Know latest technology trend
Qualifications:
• MS or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 5 years development experience, and at least 1 year product development experience
• At least 2-year experience in people management and project management
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of C or C++ programming
• Have a firm understanding of design methodology
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• NLP, machine learning, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, text mining or statistics background is preferable
• Familiar with Perl, Python, Java, C#, QT, MFC, Flex and Javascript is optional
• Expertise in speech recognition, acoustic modeling, and audio/video processing is a plus
