Responsibilities:
1. Apply machine learning, statistics or recommendations in a variety of areas, including personalization, ad targeting, etc
2. Invent novel solutions to challenging data related problems
3. Develop scalable and efficient methods for large scale data analyses and model development
4. Collaborate with developers, program managers, and product designers in an open, creative environment
5. Build research prototypes and transfer to products; Diagnose and debug issues in production environments

Requirements:
1. MS, or PhD in computer science, EE or other quantitative discipline
2. 1-3 years of working experience on large scale data mining, ad targeting, or content recommendation etc in leading internet companies
3. Strong passions about big data: crunching billions of examples for statistical modeling, data mining, recommendation or search relevance solutions
4. Proven track record of thriving in a fast paced, data-driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment
5. Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity
6. Outstanding research track record in the areas of machine learning, recommendation is a plus
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
