Essential qualifications include:

o A BS/MS or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
o 8+ years of experience programming in C/C++/C#, Java and/or other computer programming languages preferred
o Familiar with local market and user experience
o Great problem solving skills, strategic thinking and technical skills
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross group collaboration skills – including interacting with external customers and partners
o Experience in building scalable, secure, high performance products and services
o Experience and success in working with ambiguity and taking risks
o Prior experience / knowledge of Ads serving, database, SEM, distributed computing or other backend large-scale system (two or more areas are preferred).
