o3 years+ of machine learning experience in text or multimedia area. Prior experience working with recommendation systems strongly favored.
o Favored significant experience in working with big data (search engine scale), click log mining, deep learning, semantic projections, personalized recommendation or user modeling.
o Committed passion to deep data analysis. Our engineers are expected to analyze user logs to try to find new opportunities to drive engagement via recommendation.
o Strong coding ability. You will primarily work in C# and SCOPE (Internal distributed processing language). Experience in scripting languages such as python, distributed processing such as Hadoop, or set-based languages such as SQL will be favored.
o Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with team members.
o High level of personal accountability and “self-starter” attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations on schedule.
