Wisers Information Limited is the world’s largest Chinese content aggregator and technology enabler. Wisers’ client base spans leading multinationals, listed companies, academic and government institutions. With headquarters locating in Hong Kong we have offices and operations in Macao, Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Taipei. To cope with the Company’s continuing growth and anticipation of increasing sales revenue, we are seeking for high caliber individuals for the following position:

Responsibilities:

- Identify appropriate sources of data for analysis – Prepare large amount of heterogeneous data (e.g. numerical and text data) to identify data patterns for expressing relevant business values – Integrate both theoretical and practical data analysis and data modeling techniques to extract business value from the big data – Responsible for designing predictive algorithms – Present analytical results in nontechnical items and easy-to-interpret visualization formats – Utilizing advanced quantitative methods and analytical skills to solve unstructured and complex problems – Translate technical concepts into business/ application terminology

Requirements:

- Master or above degree holders in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Science, Statistics or related discipline – Fresh graduates are welcome – Able to perform large-scale data analytics for discovering meaningful insights – Master at least one programming languages (e.g. R/Python/Java/Scala) for analytical tasks – Master at least one database system (relational, NoSQL, or HBase – Knowledge in big data platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Spark etc) and analytical / data management tools will be an advantage
