About Team:
Design and build FW’s flagship products in high quality standard.
Lead a team to analyze and solve business problem across a product line.
Bring in best practices and control team’s code/design quality.
Identify improvement needed in fundamental technical areas and lead the projects to implement it.
Make team’s technical roadmap and plan to improve for aligning with business development. (Required for architect)
Mentor team members.

About You
Capabilities of logical and rational thinking.
Quick learner and good team worker.
Strongly self-motivated.
8+ years’ hands-on experiences on building and operating large scale web-based business applications.
Solid knowledge and rich experience in multiple fields including C++/Linux, algorithm, data mining and machine learning.
Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
