JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
o Be responsible for one or more reporting applications, design, build and maintain the application to meet the business requirements;
o Communicate with PM team and Service team on feature development and client support;
o Oversee and be responsible for the architecture of the applications, work with architect group to accomplish technical initiatives.
o Coordinating within and outside of the team to complete complex product feature or large scale infrastructure development on time with high quality.
o Lead and mentor technical members in the team, providing first hand performance review feedback to the manager of the team

Qualifications:
o Solid programming skills and passion for elegant, well-abstracted, reusable code components; C++, Python, Go experience is preferred.
o Strong problem solving skills and quick learning on emerging technology;
o Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights;
o Solid understanding of distributed system concepts used in scaling big data technologies;
o Experienced on large-scale web, cloud and/or Big Data framework or applications (like Hadoop, Spark) is a plus;
o Fluent in speak, write, read English
