IBM Cloud Managed Service (CMS) is the most famous IaaS Cloud from IBM.
CMS is serving massive WW and China customers with diversified infrastructure level services.
The success of CMS cause shortage in development resource, especially in DevOps related to continusous delivery. So we are expecting experienced technical people to join us. You are welcome!

Responsibility for arc/tech lead:
You will work closely with world-wide architects and scrum masters from infrastructure team and build team and feature teams and project management teams. You will focus on moving your idea and proposal and implementation related to DevOps including contiguous integration/delivery and configuration management and all-in one automation to CMS development and production. You will cover direction definition and high/low level design for DevOps of CMS. You will communicate and sometimes negotiate and even argue with others outside DevOps team. You will still perform hands-on working such as Java coding and Shell scripting.

Requirement for tech lead:
1.Deep understanding on IaaS Cloud and DevOps, familiar with AWS and Azure and Openstack and front edge deployment methodology/open source products
2.Able to define the scope and roadmap of DevOps for a project, Cloud related project preferred
3.Developer background,ever be a technical architect with HLD and CLD capacity
4.Strong leadership and corresponding experience as a scrum master
5.Perfect Engligh speaking and communication with understanding to multiple culture
6.Hands-on on Java, Shell, Chef/Ruby preferred

Responsibility for senior developer:
You will understand what you need to do via only documentation and figure out how to do without much assistance from others. You individual will take charge of low level design and coding/scripting implementation for at least 1 component, more possibility for 2 or 3 components in parallel. You will face and try to enjoy frequent changes everywhere all the time, and handle (accept or reject not only from technical point of view but per business perspective as well) the update for those changes.

Requirement for senior developer:
1.Ever be Java and Shell developer more than 3 years
2.Skilled on component level and system level design
3.Strong and quick SELF-learning to know something technical immediately or ASAP
4.Sensitive on automating everything
5.Cloud and DevOps background preferred
6.Chef and Ruby background preferred
