Big Data Architect
和global架构师团队一起负责产品的设计及实现。要求：8年以上软件开发工作经验，且有3年以上的架构师或产品设计或团队领导经验。至少一个大数据开源框架（Hadoop/Spark/Storm等）相关使用、运维经验。使用过并精通至少一个分布式系统（Kafka等）。熟悉数据库，数据仓库建模及设计模式。英语良好（需经常与global team交流）。熟悉思科网络设备（路由器，交换机），或者参与过流行开源项目都优先。

The Cisco Connected Analytics for the Internet of Everything portfolio will help customers extract value from data generated by a rapidly expanding ecosystem of connected people, processes, data and things that together forms the Internet of Everything (IoE). Joining the Cisco Connected Analytics team gives you the opportunity to:

Responsibilities:
o Work with global architecture team to drive the technical strategy and architecture
o Mentor engineers, complete hands-on technical work and provide leadership on complex technical issues.
o Lead the big platform research, design and implementation
o Foster and encourage growth of technical team members by providing technical input, advice, coaching, guidance, deliverable review, etc.
o Act as a technical expert and make significant contributions to all stages of product development, including but not limited to helping engineering team to get deep understanding of business requirements, technical requirements and technical operation requirements;

Requirements:
Must have skill/experiences
o 8+ years’ experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale and high performance distributed platform and applications.
o At least 3 years leadership experience in architectural design, technical decision-making and solution estimation.
o Expert of big data technology including Hadoop/Spark/Storm
o Hands-on skill in coding/debugging/troubleshooting
o Broad knowledge on data warehouse data modeling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test. Familiar with agile, continuous integration and continuous delivery etc.
o Excellent written and good spoken communication skills in English.

Good to have skill/experiences
o Experience in large data sets, especially real-time streaming data is big plus
o Knowledge of the database implementations is a plus
o Network Infrastructure (Routing and Switch) experience is a big plus
o Participating famous open source distributed system is a big plus
